Abstract
This glazed terracotta sculpture of the Madonna Adoring the Child (also known as the Madonna del Cuscino), was placed in the Cathedral of Arezzo in c. 1817. It is one of many versions of this popular subject made by the Della Robbia workshop, probably originally for domestic devotion.
